MXWENDLER MEDIENSERVER

No stage, no scene is the same. In modern scenography is the projection and its form as important as the content itself. Every event, every scene changes projection angles and projection surfaces. This is very important in theatres - plays and opera - where whole stages have to be changed and lit in shortest timeframes.


The MXWendler FXServer was designed to aid in setting up complex sceneries, facade projections and LED lighting. The FXServer offers for these scenarios a uniquely powerful output correction engine and realtime multiscreen output. All video projections have their source at a single realtime system. No time losses through copying, analysis or render procedures.

FXServer and Stage Designer are compatible with Windows and Mac OS X

The FXServer is delivered with hardware and offers up to four ( six after 03.10 ) VGA/DVI outputs. If you already have capable hardware and do not need more than two outputs, you can use the Stage Designer software. Both FXServer and Stage Designer are compatible with Windows XP ( recommended ), Vista and 7 or Mac OS X 10.4 and 10.5.

The MXWendler video engine can read all common media formats, including video with alpha, pictures, image sequences, live cameras and flash media, and combine, rotate, sclae position and apply effects on this media in realtime. Control is done via DMX, Artnet, Midi, Keyboard, but also using Show control software like Drenkelfort Eventdriver AV, e:cue Programmer or V-Control form Vman.
